Why am I still being billed on my cancelled account?
If your account was cancelled, and you received confirmation of the cancellation, there should be no further charges.

When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time you wish. If there is any remaining time on your subscription that you have already paid for, you will retain account access until this time expires. You will not be billed any further.
